A good association with our members is paramount to provide a high quality of service both centrally and at local depot level. We offer our members every aspect of support through our operational, administrative and general processes. All of which are audited at precise intervals.
Every Pallet-Track member has the ability to view in real time all forecasted and current consignment status through our web based IT infrastructure. All goods are scanned from collection depot, through the Hub and onto delivering depot. Customers of Pallet-Track members are able to view the status of their consignments along with completed proof of delivery information on-line through a secure web hosting.
In addition Pallet-Track offers a full support function to all members through both central and field based operatives covering all aspects of the business from administration, finance through to business development.
