We provide total transparency throughout the system, with full track and trace from collection through to delivery. The whole process provides our customers with complete confidence, knowing their shipment is being tracked and monitored every step of the way.

Each pallet has nine tracking touchpoints – that’s around 150,000 status actions every day.

Our data capture system records delivery details and allows electronic signatures and photos to be taken at the point of delivery. All this information is available to view in the customer portal within minutes of the delivery taking place.

PhotoPOD is available on all consignments. This is visible proof to our customers that their consignments reach their destination safely. This additional layer of security further strengthens our customer experience and cements our reputation for service excellence.
